Sherry has been an essential part of Spanish culture for over 200 years, but this special wine is only now being given its due at some of the great bars and restaurants in major cities around the world. For this casual walkabout seminar, Paul Watkin and Chris Funnell have selected a range of diverse Sherries that will be enjoyed with tasty tapas prepared by a local Whistler restaurant. Guests will be encouraged to experiment with complementary and contrasting flavours to find their ultimate Sherry and tapas pairing.
