Immerse yourself in a truly French dining experience by enjoying a delicious, harmonious food and wine tasting to enlighten your senses. A night of true French culture, you’ll be taken away to Provence with the scent of blooming lavender fields in this warm setting, listening to modern French music, all the while enjoying a three course delectable meal of traditional French cuisine paired with a taste of BC’s finest wines. Throughout the night you will experience live painting from a talented local artist whose art piece will be auctioned off at the end of the night as well as the chance to win dozens of sought after silent auction items.
Our chef for the evening is Stephan Drolet, Executive Sous Chef at the Bearfoot Bistro, coming from Camille's at 45 Bastion Square in Victoria, where he was the chef/proprietor. He specialized in celebrating the ingredients of Vancouver Island, Pacific Northwest cuisine viewed through a classic French lens.
Our wines will be coming to you from a selection of BC’s finest vineyards  - Corcelletes, Eau Vivre, Chaberton - showcased by Whistler Wine Merchants and local brewers, Whistler Brewing Co, will be supplying a fresh batch of Whistler brew for those wanting a taste of true local beer.
